Description:

2004 Toyota MR2 Spyder for sale! Motorcar classics is pleased to present this 2004 Toyota MR2 featured in Silver Streak Mica with black interior. This car is original and unblemished in all respects, having covered only 42,808 miles from new. The 2004 MR2 Spyder is unique in this segment of the market by virtue of it's sophisticated engineering, not only offering the race-car-derived chassis layout, but a fully independent suspension, alloy wheels, vented four-wheel disc brakes with standard ABS, and some racy bits of aluminum trim. Powered by Toyotas 1.8L 138HP 4-valve DOHC 4-cyliner, with 5-speed manual gearbox, the MR2 is a delight to drive. With its rear mid-engined layout, the MR2 corners sharply with balance that feels like a compact-sized Ferrari. Against its contemporary rival, the MX5 Miata, the Toyota is clean-sheet extreme where the Mazda is a traditional sports roadster. Ours is a superb example for the driver or collector.

Description:

Unlike the Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham and De Ville, which both boasted the opulent d'Elegance luxury package, Eldorado did not offer a similar plush option. This was rectified late in the 1976 model year with the Biarritz (a name last used for the 1964 Eldorado convertible) package. The car featured unique exterior trim and the rear half of the cabriolet roof was covered with a heavily padded landau vinyl top accented with large "opera" lights. Body colored wheel covers were also featured. The 1977–1978 interior featured "pillowed"-style, "tufted" leather seating, while the 1976 interior did not. As with other Cadillac models, special order contrasting upholstery piping and exterior colors were available.

The 1978 Biarritz option packages consisted of the Eldorado Custom Biarritz ($1,865.00); with Astroroof ($2,946.00); with sunroof ($2,746.00) and Eldorado Custom Biarritz Classic ($2,466.00); with Astroroof ($3,547.00); with sunroof ($3,347.00).

2000 Eldorado Custom Biarritz Classics were produced for 1978 only, in two-tone Arizona beige/demitasse brown consisting of 1,499 with no Astroroofs or no sunroofs; 475 with Astroroofs; 25 with sunroofs and one was produced with a power sliding T-top.[53] Only nine of the latter are known to have been retrofitted by the American Sunroof Company under the direction of General Motors' Cadillac Motor Car Division.[citation needed]

The Biarritz option was available on the Eldorado through the 1991 model year and was replaced with the touring coupe (ETC) option for 1992.[54] Some of the original Biarritz styling cues vanished after 1985, such as the brushed stainless steel roofing (1979–85) and the plush "pillowed" interior seating designs, but the Biarritz remained unique.

Description:

For sale in our St. Louis showroom is a gorgeous, Hemi powered 1970 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible. This Barracuda underwent a no expense spared, frame off restoration in 2008. Since then it has been kept in a museum type setting to preserve its condition. This 70’ Plymouth began it’s life as one of 400 Barracuda Gran Coupe convertibles produced by Plymouth with a 318 CID 2BBL V8 engine, 17 of which with a 4 speed manual transmission. It now features a period correct 1970 426 CID Hemi V8, a tasteful and well thought out upgrade if you ask me. As you may suspect, it sounds just as nice as it looks. A 4-speed manual transmission transfers the ridiculous power to the Dana 60 rear end with a Super Trak-Pak that houses 4.10 gears. The Rallye Red paint looks amazing, it is accented beautifully by the white Hemi decals, and the white vinyl convertible top. The white vinyl interior is also in fantastic condition, with no signs of usage or wear. The black console sports the iconic pistol grip shifter, and a beautiful wood grain steering wheel caps off the interior. The odometer reads 26, approximately 300 miles have been put on the car since the restoration was complete. Before the restoration, this was believed to be a California car, with under 39,000 original miles. Options for this 1970 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible include: AM Radio, Automatic Convertible Top, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Raised White Letter Radial Tires, and Rally Wheels. Original Hemi powered Barracuda convertibles that feature a numbers matching Hemi engine are selling for $2+ million dollars. This is an opportunity to own the next best thing, one you can drive and enjoy without feeling bad about, and for a much lower price. To view this 1970 Plymouth Barracuda Convertible in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our St. Louis showroom. Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this one-of-a-kind Jeff Hayes built 1967 Chevrolet Corvette. Here are just a few of the custom-builds goodies: Custom Jeff Hayes build completed in 2017 by American Speed Shop in Bloomington Indiana New GMPP 376/525 Crate LS3 V-8 engine Electronic fuel injection Stainless shorty headers Side exit exhaust 5-speed automatic transmission Polished serpentine system including air conditioning, power steering and alternator Professionally fabricated chassis with C5 front and C6 rear suspension C6 Z06 Dana 44 3rd member Z06 power disc brakes with 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers Drilled and slotted rotors Vintage Air Power windows and hood lift Retro-look AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth New Auto Meter gauges Silver Pearl paint with Graphite Metallic stinger Custom Red distressed leather interior with Red carpet Billet grille Carbon fiber graphics 18 and 19 inch Spider alloy wheels Toyo Performance red-line tires American Speed Shop of Bloomington, Indiana, has executed a number of top-quality Corvette restorations and custom builds, and this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Resto Mod is no exception to that tradition. The ultimate development of Bill Mitchell and Zora Arkus-Duntov’s Sting Ray concept, the 1967 Corvette is a great choice for upgrading to modern powertrain, mechanicals and passenger accommodations. The final year of mid-year body styling was the least cluttered and arguably most attractive of all, one that seems to encourage builders to preserve its beauty and keep most, if not all, modifications under wraps. In this case the Sting Ray’s stock features are preserved, even to the point of using 1967 Silver Pearl paint and decorating the big-block hood with a contrasting black-Stinger accent. All the correct chrome and stainless trim has been preserved, including the classic Bowtie chromed driver’s mirror and factory-style side exhaust outlets. There is modern Corvette power under the power-actuated hood in the form of an all-aluminum GM Performance Parts LS3 V-8 engine. Rated at 430 HP in the 2008 to 2013 Corvette, this electronically fuel-injected powerplant has been tuned to crank a mighty 525 HP through a 5-speed automatic transmission to the C6 differential. A completely powder-coated, professionally fabricated custom steel-tube chassis enables the use of proven C6 front and C5 rear independent suspension with aluminum double wishbones (also powder-coated). This allows a wide choice of rolling stock; here it comprises chromed 18-inch front and 19-inch rear Aluminum wheels, shod with Toyo red-stripe tires, 275/35-19 rear and 235/40-18 front. Visible through the wheels are the red powder-coated 6-piston C6 Z06 calipers up front, and 4-piston rear Z06 binders out back, which clamp down on drilled and slotted rotors, guaranteeing rapid deceleration from hyperspeed. Inside, youll see its spectacular distressed red leather interior, which features power windows, Vintage Air, custom red carpeting, Auto Meter gauges, bolstered seats, polished billet controls and a retro-look AM/FM radio with Bluetooth. Don’t let this Jeff Hayes-built 67 Vette be the one that got away! Options include: Retro-style AM/FM Stereo Radio with Bluetooth, Chromed Aluminum Wheels, Custom Red Distressed Leather, Power Brakes, Power Steering, Radial Tires, Seat Belts, and Tilt Steering Wheel. For more information on this 1967 Chevrolet Corvette, please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220; or email us at Houston@GatewayClassicCars.com. To see more of it, go to our website: www.GatewayClassicCars.com, where youll see HD photos and an HD video of it in operation. Alternatively, if you want to see it in person, come to our Houston Showroom, located at 1910 Cypress Station Dr., Unit 200, Houston, TX 77090.

Description:

The C/K was Chevrolets’ full-size pickup truck line from 1960-2000. “C” indicated two-wheel drive while the “K” indicated four-wheel drive. The second generation dubbed the “Action Line” by GM was launched in 1967 and featured the addition of comfort and convenience items to a vehicle line that been seen previously as for work purposes alone. The standard drive train was a three-speed manual transmission mated to a 250 CID straight six. This stunning 1970 Blue/Black C10 ½-Ton truck has undergone a complete frame-off restoration including a rebuild of the inline six power plant and “3-on-the-tree” transmission. The 2012 build shows well inside and out. The paint is in outstanding condition and all lines are straight as an arrow. Most of the chrome and trim bits are new as are the bed components. The bed features beautiful solid oak finished in marine spar varnish. New raised white letter tires are mounted on new rally wheels with new caps and trim rings. The interior is top quality and the comfortable bench seat features embossed vinyl. This beautiful C-10 step-side pickup is located at our Milwaukee showroom. Description:

Now for sale in our Houston showroom, Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is pleased to present this custom-built 1969 Chevrolet Nova race car. Bathed in the well-known performance shade of Hugger Orange, this Nova is turn-key ready for the track. This car was built by Pyle Brothers in Baytown, TX, and the professional build quality is evident. From the full tubular chassis and integrated roll cage, one can easily spot a purpose-built drag car. Sporting a huge snorkel hood scoop, Strange Engineering high-torque axles, and Strange Engineering braking (multipiece slotted and drilled rotors front and rear, Strange multi-piston calipers front and rear), multi-piece Weld Drag wheels at all four corners, M/T skinnies up front, M/T 33x15.0x15 slicks out back, and wheelie bars, this car says race-only baby!, even from a distance. Under the hood is a massive 490 CID big block Chevy V8 (built by Houston Engine and Balancing), sporting Dart heads and valve covers, an Edelbrock high-rise aluminum manifold, Holley race carb, and a gigantic deep sump oil pan. Uncapped race headers help route the spent combustion mix, which they do very effectively, and with tremendous sound and fury. Twin electric fans keep the radiator temp in check, and the electric water pump keeps the coolant flowing with no loss of power or cooling efficiency. A competition-prepped GM Powerglide 2-speed automatic handles the single gear change from tree to the finish line, and itll take everything that 490 CID V8 can dish out, plus more. A full competition-approved fuel cell and the trunk-mounted Optima battery are easy to get to by removing the Dzus-fastened trunk, and more Dzus fasteners allow easy access to key driveline components normally covered by the floor pan. Out back, a Ford 9-inch rear end serves as part of a fully adjustable multi-link rear suspension with Drag Coil-over shocks and wheelie bar serve to keep the rear end planted and the front end out of the sky at launch. Inside, the driver has all controls within easy reach, and fingertip controls make it easy, with the Painless wiring setup and control panel being reachable even when the driver is fully belted into the Kirkey racing bucket with the massive Simpson race harness. This back-halved car is ready to hit the strip with no excuses, and is ready for the pit crew between passes, with its abundant Dzus fasteners providing easy on/off of hood and trunk. The chassis and cage are 2016 NHRA certified, with certification number A710909, for 8.50 and slower ET vehicles. A full set of gauges help the driver keep track of critical functions, and a removable steering wheel helps for easier ingress/egress before and after your hot passes. For night racing at the track, youll like the fact that the headlights, taillights, and brake lights all work. If you are looking for a turn-key 9 second drag car, this is the one you want. This is a race only vehicle and does not come with a title. If you like low E.T.s this is a great starting point. Description:

This very beautiful 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II is for sale in our Louisville Showroom. From the outside, this Belvedere II has a survivor look of a car that has been basically maintained through its many years of life. The exterior paint shows some wear with a few touch ups here and there. These particular types of cars have gained in popularity in the last few years. A set of American Torque Thrust wheels have been added to dress up the Belvedere a bit, but if you want more of a sleeper look, then the stock steel wheels are in the trunk. The wheels have been colored match to the match the car and there is a set of “dog dish” hub caps to finish off the stock look. Inside the interior looks stock with only minimal wear here and there. No trailer Queen here, just a nice solid reliable driver that will bring loads of fun to the new driver. Get a little scratch in the paint job, no big deal, it happens! Now under the hood is a slightly different story. The original engine has been replaced with a Mopar 360 V8 crate engine. A quick turn of the key, the engine roars to life with a nice lopey idle. Options on this 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II include; AM/FM Radio (needs work), Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior and Aluminum Alloy Wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This 1967 Plymouth Belvedere II is for sale in our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD Video at www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Description:

Our Detroit Showroom is proud to offer an absolutely gorgeous 1968 Buick Riviera GS. Upon its high profile debut into the automotive market, the Riviera was meant to take the automotive industry by storm and it did just that. This vehicle received praises from just about everybody that laid eyes on these beautifully designed Buicks. For 1967, Buick introduced a very significant engine into the line-up which replaced the previous 425CID Nailhead V8. The new and improved 430CID 7.0L V8 which pumped out a very impressive 360 horsepower and a whopping 475 pound feet of torque! All of this power was catered through its Turbo-Hydramatic TH-400 3-Speed Automatic Transmission which shifts beautifully. The 430 CID V8 in this 68 Buick is the original numbers matching engine and runs great having only 85,854 actual miles on the car. The dramatic coat of high gloss Silver paint definitely gives this Riviera a menacing look with the Black Vinyl top and does a great job of making all the chrome trim on the vehicle pop. This beautiful machine rests comfortably on a set of Original Buick Wheels with new radial tires. This Riviera has all the attributes of a perfect personal luxury car such as Air Conditioning, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power windows, Power seats, Tilt Wheel, and a Black Leather interior which is in very good condition. You can really tell when a car is built with a passion and purpose and this Riviera is a perfect example of just that. For more information including over 100HD photos and video of this beautiful Buick, please visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or call to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff members at 313-982-3100.

Description:

The first-generation Pontiac GTO models were produced in 1964-1974 and considered to have confirmed the muscle car trend with all four domestic manufacturers involved. In the 1964-65 model years, the GTO was an optional package for the Pontiac Tempest model or “Grand Tempest Option”. The GTO became its own model from 1966-1971. The GTO was selected Motor Trends “Car of the Year” in 1968. The GTO model was later revived from 2004-2006 as a rebadged Holden Monaro manufacturer by GM Monaro subsidiary in Australia. The GTO was equipped with 5.7L LS1 V8, the same engine found in the 2004 Chevrolet Corvette. Power was increased in the 2005-2006 models to 400hp and 400ftlbs of torque courtesy of the LS2 364.1cid powerplant. This Phantom Black Metallic 2006 GTO represents the last and best of these unique vehicles. The owner reports 32,654 actual miles and the gorgeous black leather interior shows quite well. The impressive LS2 powerplant is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and Dana 44 rear end. Features include power everything, AM/FM/CD, Traction Control and Keyless Entry. Recent mechanical service includes new performance tires, struts, shocks, springs, brakes and clutch. This exceptional GTO is located at our Milwaukee showroom.
