It revived a name that had been used on earlier models such as the MG M-type, MG D-type, MG J-type and MG T-type. To meet US federal regulations, large black plastic-covered bumpers were added to the front and rear and the ride heights were increased. The increased ride heights affected handling, and anti-roll bars were added to help with the higher center of gravity. This sporty little convertible has a read exterior in good condition with a black vinyl manual soft top, black bumpers, chrome rear luggage rack, and alloy wheels wrapped in radial tires. Shipped out to Westlake Chevrolet Inc in Seattle where it was sold the first time. Today we are proud to feature this 2-owner wagon in our South Florida showroom. The second owner has it since 2015 in his possession and has gone through the mechanicals and refreshed pretty much everything. First lets state here that this Malibu wagon runs fantastic. Powered by its rebuilds 350ci V8 with less than 20k miles on it since it was overhauled. The Chevy comes with following new parts: new aluminum core radiator, new A/C compressor (134), new battery, new fuel pump, new starter, new high output alternator, new water pump, new electronic ignition distributor, new 2-barrel carburetor, new power steering pump, new brakes all around, new rims and tires, new dual exhaust and more. The Malibu was repainted in its Buckskin color and features partial custom lace paint. She looks good all the way around. The interior of the car is mostly original and looks good for being 42 years old. Just the headliner has a couple of small tears and there is some discoloration caused by the sun. Other than that, you will feel very comfortable sitting in this beauty. Since this car was running on the west coast for almost its entire life the undercarriage is extremely nice. The Mustang GT was reintroduced in January 1994, featuring higher performance and better handling than the base Mustang or its 1993 predecessor. Ford carried over the 302 CID Windsor pushrod small-block V8 engine (called the 5.0 L although its capacity was 4.94 L) from the 1993 Mustang GT. Total output from the engine was 215 hp at 4200 rpm and 285 ft/lbs of torque at 3400 rpm. Mustang GTs could deliver zero to 60 mph acceleration times in the high-six second range and complete a quarter mile in about 15 seconds. The Mustang GT also featured a stiffer handling suspension, a 3.08:1 rear axle ratio, dual exhausts, and larger 16-inch wheels (compared to the base Mustangs 15-inch wheels). The fourth generation of the Camaro was produced by American automobile manufacturer Chevrolet for the 1993 through 2002 model years. It was introduced on an updated F-body platform, but would retain the same characteristic since the first-generations introduction back in 1967; 2-doors, 2+2 seating, coupe (with optional T-top roof) or convertible body styles, rear-wheel drive, and a choice of pushrod V6 and V8 power plants. The Camaro was refreshed and revised in 1998 with both exterior and engine changes. The fourth-generation of the Camaro would continue production up to the 2002 model year when General Motors discontinued production due to slow sales, a deteriorated sports coupé market, and plant overcapacity. The production was moved from GMs Van Nuys, California assembly plant to Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec, Canada from November 1992. The new design incorporated sheet moulding compound (SMC) made from chopped fiberglass and polyester resin for the roof, hatch, doors, and spoiler.[8] Both the front and rear suspension design was improved over its predecessor. The base models were powered by a 160 hp (119 kW) 3.4 L pushrod V6 engine equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission as standard. The 4-speed 4L60 automatic transmission was optional. V8 with some tasteful upgrades and backed by a rebuilt AOD 4-speed automatic transmission. The long block is stock Ford, but almost everything bolted to the block has been changed out. BBK is sprinkled methodically around the engine, including a cold air intake, 65mm throttle body, equal-length headers, and a 190lph fuel pump. The intake manifold is a Trick Flow unit, and the electric water pump is made by CSR. Giving the voice to this burly 302 is a catless H-pipe. Power is no good without traction, so to keep the wheels from helplessly spinning, a set of 90/10 Lakewood struts were installed paired up with Strange Engineering 10-way adjustable shocks. The unibody on these Fox mustangs are known to twist, so to keep that from happening a set of frame connectors have been welded in, the torque boxes were welded and reinforced, and the rear control arms were replaced with aftermarket units to deflect less and keep the power going to the wheels. Sitting at all 4 corners are Weld Wheel Draglites with Mickey Thompson rubber. This ‘Stang means business! Once inside the cabin, you will notice the Flaming River steering column, a definite upgrade from factory, a set of Autometer gauges to keep tabs on the engine RPMs as well as the water temp. You can feel the 3500 stall converter flash up when you lay on the gas and the 8.8 rear axle with all new internals spins the 4.10 gears and rockets you from a stop. This is one serious street car!
